We hope the FAQ's below can help get your questions answered, but if not please feel free to contact us via one of the methods above. We are extremely interested in hearing your questions, comments, compliments or concerns and we will do our best to address the needs of our customers at all times.

Order Handling Time



All IZTALI SWIM pieces are handmade with exquisite attention to detail and take 1-2 weeks to ship. Please be patient with us as we want you to receive the highest quality pieces possible. Please allow up to an additional 7 days for orders placed right after Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition release.

Payment and Shipping

Original order shipping costs for orders placed within the Continental US are free and will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Average shipping time in the Continental US is 2 - 3 business days.   

 

International Shipping. We do ship to international locations for a $20 flat rate! If you would like to know if we can ship to your area, please email us at INFO@IZTALI.COM and we will be glad to assist you. Average international shipping time is 6 - 10 business days. 

 

Return Shipping: The customer will cover the return shipping cost of any item being sent in for exchange, and IZTALI will cover the shipping of the first exchange item in any one order. If the customer decides to exchange more than once in any one order, both return and exchange shipping will be covered by the customer. 

 

Payment: IZTALI.COM offers payment through Paypal to keep your transactions safe and secure and includes the acceptance of all major credit cards.

Damages



IZTALI SWIM guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 60 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. IZTALI SWIM'S items are handmade delicate pieces and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. Please contact INFO@IZTALI.COM for damages that occur after 60 days for more information and pricing. We are generally only able to repair items within 1 year after purchase, as we may not have the hardware to make replacements after this time period. Items being returned for repair MUST BE CLEAN upon receipt. Soiled damages will be returned to owner as is.

Exchanges and Returns



Thank you for shopping with IZTALI SWIM. While we sincerely hope you love your item(s), if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date. We do not accept full or partial refunds at this time. 

 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or credit:

- Items that are worn, washed or altered including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains. 

- Items without tags, this includes liners on all bikini bottoms. 

- Exchanges received after 30 days of the original shipment date.

 

To process Returns please email INFO@IZTALI.COM with your original order number, reason for return, and what you would like to exchange it for, and we will contact you back with a return address and further instruction.

Care Instructions



IZTALI SWIM items are constructed of the high quality materials, many of which have delicate fabrics and trims. Care needs to be taken when wearing and washing these items to prolong their look. While ALL of the swimwear can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with mild soap and hung or laid flat to dry.
